This happened to me as well, my hair was dry. But then I tried with a product that moisturizes my hair a lot (cantu coconut curling cream) but I did not use much product and I made individual braids, and my hair was stretched. And the result was bomb! You will surely get equally or better results! Good luck babe! 🍀💕

I haven't heard any good things about that gel. That might be why you considered it a fail. It still looked good. You made it work.

Try adding an oil with the Eden line. Like you, I have super thick hair and I need to add an oil with that line. It's my favorite cream to use when doing the L.O.C method though. Definitely one of my holy grails.

I'm currently trying the Eden bodyworks shampoo/conditioner and curl creme. I haven't tried the gel but I can see what you mean by it not being very moisturizing.

+Jasmine Jessie Hey! Yeah, some gels just don't work too well with my hair.
Eden Bodyworks didn't worked for me either D:, but Camille Rose have changed my hair completely! The Almond Jay is a bit pricey so I decided to try the Curlaide Butter for my twist and since then I will forever not buy it. I just apply leave in, a bit of oil on my scalp and the Curlaide. I don't have to touch my hair again till my next wash day because is super moisturized and well defined. If you haven't, give it a try 👌

+Ivette R. Hey hun! Thanks for the tips. I actually have those products. They make my hair ver soft and moisturizer, but does not give me as much definition as I'm used to. Do you use the Camille Rose leave in with it?
Yay!!! Ur back and I think it might be the gel being used all of the sections instead of just the ends. But its still pretty!!!!!

It looks good but if it doesn't feel good then it isn't good. Question did you air dry your hair without moisturizing? If so, that could be it..

+nvrnakednails1 Lol, the struggle! Thanks hun 😃😃😃
It looks fantastic though. I always add leave-in conditioner when my hair is still wet. Then, I let it dry a little bit and add their pudding soufle when it's damp then 2-strand twist.

+Nicole Whitson Thanks so much hun! I appreciate the tip 😘
That's the only thing I don't like about when I'm doing braidouts, having to go outside after braiding it because it's not like I'm going to unravel them just go out. As oppose to when my hair is straight and just have to wrap and unwrap and I'm good to go. (Versatility am I right? Lol) 😂
