Nice overview. Here a few more tips. When you are doing your hook to your motorhome, I recommend the Linchpin that locks the pin in placed be facing outboard on each side. It's a geometry thing, so if the Linchpin would ever fall out, the lock pin is less likely to walk it's way out from the D-ring adapter (believe it or not). Also if your Bronco has the 2.7L V-6 it has an electronic active brakes, make sure that the Blue Ox Patriot 3, the Force setting all the way past 0 until you see “H” for Hybrid mode. If it has the 2.4L I-4 it has normal vacuum boost assist brakes, so no need to set the Force to H. My last tip, I highly recommend that you use a Towed Vehicle Battery Charger on the Bronco. The battery must always retain voltage above 10.5 volts, if the battery voltage drops below 10.5 volts the transfer case could default into 2H. Safe Travels.

10.5 is a dead battery so thats way to late and the 2.7 has been updated awhile back and turns off the EBB when you go into flat tow. You are correct about the pin though.

@@sz33809 The TCM, and BCM looks at low voltage at 10.5 volts as the red line, it's doesn't care of the battery (SOC) state of charge.

Did you need to install a brake light relay? My RV has combined tail/brake lights. I was reading that when using the supplemental braking device, the brake lights on the bronco override the turn signals. This means that when you hit the brakes and using your blinkers at the same time, the blinkers won’t work.

We did not put a separate relay in. He wasn't worried about the blinkers as long as the brake lights were working. Thanks for watching.

I am looking at the same setup for my 2 door bronco. Did you purchase your bronco with the factory modular steel bumper?
