My friend and mobility expert Kevin Cardone teaches me three stretches to help relieve SI joint, knee, and plantar fasciitis pain from playing pickleball. Do each stretch for 1 minute on each side after you play pickleball and it will really help your recovery, flexibility, and mobility!

    Wow, I just started playing pickleball and my lower half has been in pain. I've been hobbling around on my off days and taking pain meds but I just did these stretches and INSTANT relief! Thank you SO much!!

    amazing stuff. I'm working through a meniscus tear now and its difficult to get the full ROM I need to do the last stretch, but damn, that thing burns even off the wall a bit. Seems like a good way to get the strength back, ill be doing this one for sure. Thanks Kevin (and Shea)

    OMG , I thought only me at my age (68) . I started playing PB regularly 3-4x week, last year my knees bothering me. Im good now wearing knee sleeves, then R plantar fasciitis and now my left hip!

    Dude your like a pickle whisperer… my knees hurt so bad I can barely bend down and up without whimpering like a puppy… I’ve had to completely stop doing squats and dead’s In the gym and now doing all body weight recovery movements … plus I’m in a knee brace 16 hours a day…. Thank you for this video

    Damn bro that’s tough. This is a pretty deep stretch so I hope it doesn’t impact your knee too much. Hopefully some other people in the comments can chime in on remedies they have. I’ll ask Kevin if he has any advice for your situation 👊
