You are incredible, been trying to fix this for months, looked throught countless videos done so many windows trouble shoots, even contacted microsoft but nothing worked until you, an absolute savoir incarnate came along and saved me, may you have a blessed life knowing you did what no one else could not!!!!!!!

I found this video on my phone after my laptop internet stopped working. All that had changed is that I had unplugged it to set it aside while I did some vacuuming. I followed your steps and unfortunately after several restarts, the problem remained. As a last resort before taking it back to where I had purchased to follow the warranty process, I unplugged the charger and powered off the laptop (as opposed to just restarting it). When I turned it on again with the charger plugged back in, it worked. So, to anyone with an ASUS laptop who may have faced this issue and who have not solved it yet, try unplugging and powering off completely as opposed to just restarting. Good luck and God bless.

Thanks man, it worked after the last step. For those who still face the issue after the last step, you must have an internet connection for your device to be able to reinstall all the drivers, so try to connect with an ethernet cable and follow the steps.

Thank you ! Last option did it, even if nothing else here seemed to. Was losing my mind. It also fixed my restarting issue. (funny how that seems to be so common) Basically I would click restart and it would shut down, but it would hang at the last section where the screen is off and key lights are off, but power light still on, and never do anything. Had to hold power button to do get it to turn off. The last CMD prompt actually made it so it restarted completely cleanly, even though the prior ones or restarts before that (at least like 6) would all fail in the same spot.

Thank you. You had the best solution for this problem. My wi-fi adapter suddenly dissappeared and my laptop could not find it. Thank you for the easy to follow steps. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I don’t have a WiFi adapter period. Where can I download it. I’ve done everything in this video and it doesn’t recognize that I should have a wlan adapter so it finds nothing. Please help!!!
