Thank you Kalim - very good! I have lost all power to my Bosch front-loader (no lights/no action/nothing). The GPO is fine and the plug is not fused. Suspecting the EMI capacitor/filter - however, there is no soot or charring! Someone also told me the EMI capacitor/filter doesn't fail! One problem is my DMM can't test capacitance. Maybe I should just bridge the filter like you did and see if I get power?

Try it. You may bypass it for short while. However check voltages across each component in the line of power supply. You will find the problem

Hey, did you solve your machine problem. Today morning my bosch front load started as usual. It worked for sometime, took water n all but then there was no power. No power at all. Turned off, removed clothes n all checked breaker, power switch, power plug even i checked the wire with current detector, the wire seems okay. How did you solve the issue? I don't my city has any expert for front loaders, it will be a huge help if you guide.
