Once you go swivel you can never go back. And glides save your back. Lastly I’ve found every two inches (14 & 16) saves about 30 mins per job. Not sure about you but getting done 1-2 hours earlier every day is a no brainer for me.

I tried glides for about 10 minutes about 15 years ago. I absolutely hated them, lack of agitation .

@@nortescarpetcleaning I’m a big believer in using what works best for you. I’ve found using a CRB for mechanical agitation takes the brunt of the work off my body and onto a machine. Therefore my wand becomes mostly a rinsing tool instead of an agitation tool.

I'm going to upgrade to one of your swivel 14" wands this spring. I need to decrease my time on each job. The price point is not in the budget during the slow season but it's definitely my next investment.
