Great video. I would definitely put tape or plastic over the tag. I had a damp cushion on the deck tag transfer ink to a cushion. Was a call back. Took one time for me to learn a valuable lesson. But truly great video Rob. You work very hard to lead the industry and all your helpful tips are cool for an OG too

What's the upholstery tool used? Doesn't seem like it injects any water or steam at all

What rinse did you use on micro fibre

Adjust your suction so you don't delaminate the fabric,

What about the decking it can stain with water marks sometimes I pre vac the decking then I put a drop cloth over the decking when I pre spray and clean also.

I like leaving the triangles in the fabric when the material allows. Do you think that's ok or should I brush it out?

Brush it out or it can stay in that pattern.

I do to but it’s very important that we ask the customer do they want it or not ! Sometimes the customers like to groom it out evenly!
