None of this methods worked for me, but I find another one than solve the problem. Settings -> Windows update -> Advanced options -> Optional updates -> Driver updates. Install those updates and restart the pc. Hope it helps.

For some people, it might be the FN + F7 function. On some laptops, the F7 function is the enabling/disabling touchpad.

what i have to do if the pointer don't even show up if you not put a wired mouse to use, because i try evey ways in the vid and the touchpad still not working, some like 2:07 and the last one even make the wired mouse not working and i have to undo it to the previous version do have it work again . Oh yeah i just take of wired of the wired mouse and then the mice and other something something in 1:00 don't even show up :(
