Hi, have exactly this problem and followed your steps before even seeing the video. The crack was welded up but now they want to Tune to DeCat and open > Clean > Weld close the Cat. Did you have to do this also.

Awe bru... You maybe know what the issue might be with my Polo... The car just died while i was pulling into the garage. No warning lights on the cluster. Just switched off and i noticed the engine was hot but the fan didn't kick in... After the engine cooled down, it started again and did the same (cut out). Any idea what the issue might be please.

Hi sir please help. I have a 2012 Polo Vivo CLP. Whenever I start the car it idle well then after maybe 1 minute or 2 it shows EPC on cluster the minute it shows EPC it starts misfiring and I have to turn off the key and turn it on so that it will idle.

Hi all, hoping to get advise here, my 2016 Vivo 1,4 Conceptline does not start up as per normal, when I turn the ignition it almost sounds like it loosing air pressure around the below the handbrake and gear area. I know it may sound weird. But it runs fine, not loosing power or anything. Just that issue on start up.

I drive a 2013 polo vivo with the service light keeps coming back every 2.5months or 1000km/1200km how can I correct the car service interval back to 365 days and 15 000km can the vcds tool pick up the local spec polo vivo what can I do with out breaking the bank thanks

Cracked manifolds are common with VW Polo. I welded my crack. But I’m currently experiencing an idling problem..misfiring with my polo.

Probably The Coilpack Needs To Be Replaced. Had The Same Issue

On 5:56 what did you say gets blocked??

Normal epc came out....always change the coil plug

I am in Butterworth in the Eastern Cape. I currently have that problem with my vw polo vivo. Can you send out a mechanic to me I will pay his call out fees. It will be very expensive to take it to East London. Regards Andile

Did you have a heater problem also? My polo vivo blows cold air right through and I have noticed the heat Guage is up and down . What could be the problem?

Bro I think they robbed you. R3k for them to keep your catalytic converter(cat). I'm working in the UK scrapping cars and I've removed thousands of cats and they are valuable. They could have patched up your crack I've got a seat ibiza 1.4 with a coolant leak, it's pissing out now😂 got some tips from your videos. I've just finished welding up my exhaust recently also. Thanks man

Vw polo be recooked ours gets no power to fuel pump all the wiring fuses and relays checked barstard still won't turn on.😂😂😂
