I clicked SOOOO fast when I saw this video come up! I absolutely love the changes to the tavern for the simplicity of the change, the creative re-use of those dark tan parts, and the final color palette. Well done! I'm still not sold on the tan thatch roof for the red and black building. (Not featured in this video) Most image searches for buildings in that color scheme have dark brown/black/dark red roofing, which I think looks great. I might be inclined to try swapping out the tan thatched roof with dark pentagonal tiles, using a pattern similar to the medieval Blacksmith. The tan thatch parts could then be repurposed to fill out the other tan roof atop the carpentry shop - though I'm not 100% sold on this color for that building either. I may just save all the tan parts for a peasant hovel MOC somewhere else. Might just have to try another pentagonal roof tile design on the carpentry shop, color to be determined. Nevertheless, excellent work! Your changes are a very nice upgrade. Now just need a few more farm animals and we're reaching perfection!

I highly agree with the color change in the tavern. There needed to be more contrast between the wood and the wall filling. However I will make mine red and black like the other side (and change the interior a bit as well) so I have a full guarded in with full amenities and such. The roofs are interesting to tinker with them. I will want to try at least one with shingles like the medieval blacksmith (in black , red and dark red) If you find a good custom print supplier that can do the letters and the building signs I would love to see how this set could look with those being proper prints.

Another modification I made is tiling off the floors in the inn building.
