Rachel Noe What you have to do is plug in your phone to your computer and press the home button and the sleep button and volume up button and then your phone should say iTunes recovery mode and then go to your computer and press update on the iPhone section. It should update. This took me about 2 tries and your phone shouldn't be in a loop and then your phone will ask for your password. And now you're set. I hope this works for you :) :)

Your video was awesome except I had to use the volume down button instead. I did a search for putting iPhone in safe mode and half said volume up and half said volume down. Hope this helps !

I almost gave up hope for this to work. I almost took my fingers off the volume up button. And suddenly it worked. I would really regret if I took my fingers off before and came to know that it would work if I hold it a little longer. Thanks for helping me out man. By the way, I can hardly type with my left index finger. I was using that finger to hold the volume up button for literally 4-5 minutes. And no, it was not an iPhone, it was an iPad 2nd generation with a very thick cover. Man my finger hurts.

Well, it took a while. Maybe about 4-5 minutes. Or even more. As I said, it was really hard, I almost gave up hope, and just then the apple logo popped up. My fingers were hurting after leaving the buttons. It took me quite a bit.

Help! So my phone has been on low storage for awhile, and then I started having problems. My phone would restart, delete and restore all my photos on a continuous loop. Anytime I deleted anything ( I deleted over 700 videos ) , it would never change the storage amount that I had used. Then it started deleting texts, and one day it got stuck in an apple boot loop. My device isn't even jailbroken.

omg me too i thought i was the only one!! i took it to the apple store, turns out theres a bug that makes the phone think it has no storage left. i was down to two apps and a 2k pics yet still no space. take it to the store, they'll give you a new one. I'm about to do that this weekend, actually.

this is happen on my huawei when i click the reboot recovery in xposed installer thanks to this my phone back again :)

This process worked for me except I did one extra step that someone noted somewhat below. First I did not have the cord plugged in for my iPhone 6S. When I had the frozen apple logo, I held down the home key and on/off switch until the logo went off and the screen turned black. I then held the volume up button for at least 6-8 min but I am not sure that that was necessary. I then plugged in the iPhone to my MacBook Air (I can't remember if I was holding down the up volume key while plugging in the cord to the Mac) and the screen went to the apple logo and I could tell it was processing to the login screen. Login worked just fine and I was able to replicate the login after this issue - it did not return to a frozen apple screen. : )

Ok, for the love of god can somebody please help me. my phone is in what I think is a boot loop and this is not working. My phone and low storage, and it was glitchy. It turned itself off and all of my photos were deleted so I waited for it to restore again but it didn't do it. +Kitty Blade I had to go to apple to have them give me a totally new phone. If you have iCloud backed up then you can get all your photos back. But you have to send the your old phone in exchange for the new

My 6s got stuck in apple logo. I did the bootloader factory reset through itunes and it's fixed it already turned on fully working. My question is what are the causes why the phone was stuck? It can't be hardware problem since its working right now after the factory reset and update through itunes.

​@@lowming123 Same phones been low on storage. I delete stuff, like photos i don't need, to take more photos. SO theres never a lot of space available. It often force closes apps for this reason. It died the other day and when I connected it, I saw the apple sign pop up. I disconnected it as soon as that happened [expecting itd be on the home screen soon enough] but its just stayed on the apple since then.

SonicHedgehog34 sadly no. It didn’t ruin my phone trying it, so I’d give it a try. But I just put that phone aside and got a replacement phone (iPhone 7). I just switched my SIM card. I have the phone set aside to take it to apple and ask what may have caused it and possibly get it fixed. I’m sorry the same happened to you. It really sucks losing a phone and information/photos on it.
