I don't know why it didn't work for me. When I watch the you tube live chat on my display screen the comments flicker on and off. I had to uninstall the recent you tube update because it removed the live chat option from under all the videos. After uninstalling the update live chat came back. Only now when I want to view the live chat on my screen it flickers. I did the developer option hardware suggestion but it did't work for it.

Bro no worries It is a Software Issue there are many Ways To Remove This usse.But from My personal Opinion you can make Ur device Reset.Then This Issue Will be Fixed permanently....
