I found the solution to this problem, format your ps5 and After installation, first turn off syncing game save data. - settings -saved data and game/application settings -sync saved data -disable automatically sync saved data

Yo I have a big problem everytime I start a game during the intro scene it always says ps5 too hot wait until the temperature goes down then beeps 3 times then shutdown

120 hz or game mode is sometimes the problem i turned off 1 and 2 i switch in 2 mode, now it works hope it works longer than normaly every month.
