PSN has caused so many issues with PS. PS3 didnt have these issues and nor were there game updates. Game workers have gotten lazy and rely solely on fixing bugs and glitches through PSN. These issues should have been tested and game should be cleared before launching. Its obvious this new generation of game makers are the worse in history. To spend $550 for a console then $70 for game just it to crash on you is complete BS!!! You shouldn't need Internet to play a campaign game but its clear its all about the fckn money with these people. I would really like to walk up to Sony and just smash this bullshit in their face.

"Ark Survival Evolved" is doing this a lot since the beginning of the week... Can't find a solution :(

It's digital edition ps5 mine so many are different in menu plus no 💿 games & it happens 2 different game's the last couple of months, I think it is an internet connection issue

Yes i get it on fortnite only and i press x to start the game and the connecting dots freeze and it goes to the error code

Terrible advice, and total nonsense I have this issue with one game only, Hitman III, I suspect it’s due to having a mixture of data on disc and on the harddrive and all the updates, so a corrupt file somewhere. No other game is affected. To even suggest it might be a hardware issue is crazy.

I just got my PS5 a week ago and can't believe this. I've already tried everything short of a factory reset, I swear to God if I have to ship this worthless brick back to Sony I'm going to fucking lose my mind. Edit/Update: Had to be sent in for repairs, customer service well hell and I had to call several times to actually get ahold of someone who knew how to process a repair. The actual shipping and repair was surprisingly quick, but they forgot to put back the screw for the external hard drive and I had to buy a replacement off Amazon. Sony can fix this problem, but they make it a pain in the ass.

@@betsyvogel8933 If you’re in the warranty zone then it doesn’t cost anything. If not, it will cost a pretty penny. I still had PS warranty on mine but I always purchase additional warranty on all my electronics in case something like this crap happens

THIS IS A HARDWARE ISSUE I bought a brand new PS5 this week and couldn't play more than 15 mins on any game without getting this error code. Tried all of these fixes and still no luck. Thankfully I took it back to where I bought it and they just gave me a new one, the guy there said it is a known issue, faulty graphic card. New one is working fine.

I’m starting to think it is even though the error code says something else. All the fixes didn’t help mine either but you’re so lucky!!! Mine started 2 months after I had it and I had to ship it to Sony. Thankfully I’m getting it back today

@PurpleStarsaver Do you live in the UK? If so you have consumer rights which means you should be able to return it from where you bought it from and get a refund or new one if it's faulty, that's what I did.

Right when I was almost done with the whole game of Hogwarts Legacy it frickin crash on me and the stupid code popped up and I did everything on this list even deleted all my gameplay and progress and for nothing because it still crashes on me. Been waiting 4 frickin years to play this game and I can’t even finish it.

No, if it was a hardware error you would see this issue with every game. Did you factory reset the game? The only thing I can think of that could cause it to be a hardware issue would be bad blocks on the NVME drive, if fortnite is stored in the area of the drive with the issue, that would theoretically cause it to crash and nothing else. HIGHLY UNLIKEY, however.

this error has nothing to do with the console.the error is presented by errors in the game not hardware.also a bad installation with corrupt data help this problem is generated.a console can be new but sooner or later will get this error at some point by a particular game or bad installation.the only solution is that sony make an update to fix this error.definitely not hardware do not worry about it

Sadly mine is nowadays out of warranty plus the fact its already opened so Sony won't give me a new one easily. Plus the fact it gave me this error code over 1k times, gotta live with it and its basically due to developers not getting the stability on their games too

Пускай заменит керамические ёмкость по питанию gpu cpu ( питание процессора) 10мкф Так же эти емкость брак на ssd sony 8мкф Вот эти 2 место надо проверить! Проблема в основном на 2й 3й ревизии! ( Ребята идёт тупое удешевление! Компонентов! Как с ps4 pro в свое время дросселя трещали у последних ревизиях! ) У самого така проблема! В основном в тех играх где есть RTX Doom eternal с rtx 108-255-1 Doom eternal off RTX всё чётко! Metro exodus ps4 отлично! Metro exodus ps5 108-255-1 Так как там RTX в самой игре нельзя отключить! Эта функция нагружает gpu идет повышенное потребление через удешевлёные цепи питания! Ёмкости плохие! У самого такое было! Неделю искали проблему! 😊 ЕЩЕ ДОБАВЛЮ ПРОБЛЕМА РЕШАЕТСЯ ИНОГДА УВЕЛИЧЕНИЕ ОБОРОТОВ КУЛЕРА. ПРОВЕРЯЙТЕ ЕСЛИ СНЯТЬ КРЫШКИ И РЕШЕТКИ С КУЛЕРА И ПРОБЛЕМА РЕЖЕ, ИЛИ ВООБЩЕ ИСЧЕЗЛА ТО ПОВЫСЬТЕ ОБОРОТЫ

@@d1mi3oS тогда для начала тупо перебрать термоинтерефейс Снять систему охлаждения посмотреть что там с жидким металом! Собрать назад! И самое главное это то что никто не пишет )) Положив горизонтально протяжка воздуха снизу увеличивается )) Там внизу как раз обвязка цепей питания apu))) они за частую могут и за 100° уходить!

Stay away from this game I have it in digital version and still there are issues (example I have done everything) & NO platinum trophy I have all chest it says I need 5 more,I have all shroudfame's 25?26?
