I had this yesterday after warzones latest update. Game was installed on the external drive and I had mw multiplayer installed too. I noticed that if you look at the game in your storage it would say "installing" instead of the file size :/ I reinstalled the game and it worked fine. However, when I left the console in rest mode to redownload multiplayer packs it messed up again and wouldn't open the game.

Love having to reinstall warzone😀

I had the same problem with gta5 it said the game was installed but I couldn’t redownload or purchase from store I did everything u said/Some safe mode rebuild stuff/Sony customers services advice and nothing worked! Then I looked into my usb external hard drive and guess what I found after hours.. The problem! the game was corrupted on hard drive so i disconnected my hard drive then downloaded gta to my console had to delete some games but they backed up. Then reconnect my hard drive then it ask witch software to use select console then gta was ready for download.. After hours of doing everything it was a aftermarket hard drive the ps5 don’t always recognize it so the game corrupt data was lost in a hidden software jail..lol Start with the external before the internal sometimes it’s the small things right in front of your face.🤟🏽

I reinstalled almost ten time but it say can’t start game or app I only have Spider-Man milemorales and Cold War what should I do

Deleted the game says the same thing when I try to re download it I’ve done all the basic stuff like restore licenses and stuff still nothing

Yeah I had this error and so I re-download COD BOCW from scratch and got the same error again... I'm 106GB in this time 😵

Hi dude, I found a solution, you need to turn off the ps5 and hold down the power button, then update the console through safe mode, restore the license after the update and download what you need! Ez
