I have to go to settings and turn internet connection on and off for it to fix for like 2 min

Same, mine is fine when I turn my Playstaion 5 on, but after awhile of playing and I check the store it says can’t load. It also seems to happen during more populated times of days. (8:30 pm to 10:00 pm, Saturday mornings, etc

@@ClashingwithDrewI ended up fixing this. We have xfinity Wi-Fi, but not an xfinity router so this setting was not available. What fixed it was going into our router settings and disabling dhcpv6. If you don’t see this setting, disabling IPv6 should work. We have a very old router and it doesn’t hold a constant connection so the problem still happens but only when the connection drops. Before disabling this setting, the store and ps plus said can’t load every 5 minutes or so. I hope this helps because this is a headache.

Thank you very much, I started having the same problem when I changed my modem, and I couldn't even accept invitations from other players. I managed to fix it after 3 months.

I been dealing with turning the internet connection off just for it to work for a few minutes since release month. Bless you bro. It worked!

Same issue and can’t find setting for router with Cox

MOTOROLA: login and go to “advanced” tab then “basic router” then “DHCPv6” and then the first drop down menu at the top is “user defined prefix” and then disable that. BOOM. FIXED.

Wow, I've also been pulling my hair out over this. Finally sat down this morning DETERMINED to fix the issue. Nothing worked. Static IP address, port forwarding, etc. etc. Your solution is the only one I've found that reliably works. F*****g Xfinity.

I used Xfinity in the video, but you'll need to check your router's main settings: whether it's through a web browser page, a phone app, or another kind of settings page is up to you to find out, through thorough research of your manufacturer! Good luck!

If you're using an Xfinity gateway, you will need to access the Admin Tool through a web browser on your computer. If you have your own router, or have other internet service, look up how to change the settings of that router. Google is your best friend through all this: the main goal is disabling iPv6 (and remembering where the setting is, to turn it back on just in case).
