It works. It worked for me and i will suggest all those who came to see comments that if first method then do se that your windows event log is automatic and event collector is manual in the same section of services. Hope that will help you.........

Its not possible......If u really dont have means your window is corrupted bcz every pc have this service look again and clearly

audio not working automatically

@@cem8872 yes. First log in Microsoft account and than go to Microsoft page and download window 8.1(remember you should login to Microsoft account) than install 8.1 and it works on my laptop. Now you can connect to store. Don't make Bootable Windows 8.1(it will not ask for key if you login to Microsoft account). 🙏🙏🙏

I did a check and found out that Microsoft's "Virtual WiFi Adapter" is causing my computer to act strange so I disabled it and it fixed my problem with the same issue you are all facing.
