For anyone having trouble I’ve found a simple solution. When uninstalling ghub from your computer make sure you UNCHECK the box that saves your settings. I don’t know why this worked but it did for me and hopefully for anyone coming across this comment :)

don't open LG hub just open the normal Logitech G hub it looks the same but one works one doesnt

am i the only one that when go to services and i search it i dont get nothing about lghub but it shows me logitechLumpArray and if i try to uninstall the app with panel control it doesn't show up the g hub?

I had to completely delete g hub from my computer and re-download it to get it to work again. I had to quickly end ghub in task manager and then delete ghub from programs. It helps to already have it open so you can get to quickly. If you aren't able to delete it quick enough you get a message saying this program is being used currently or something like that. Ridiculous.

I have completely eradicated all traces of Logitech G Hub from my computer and when I go to download an older version of the program it tells me that it's already installed on my computer. I've done this 3 times with the same results now. I don't understand why it keeps telling me that it's already installed it makes no sense and it's extremely frustrating.

Getting this exact same problem also, seems as though this video may also be out dated as installing an older version still attempts to install the latest (2024.3 for reference), commenting here in case anyone finds a fix

Hey if u are still having issues, I just downloaded de installer and tried to install it again, it said that I already had it installed but that it was damaged so it gave me the option to reinstall using my old configurations and it fixed my problem

No matter what version i download it defaults to the most current version.. im over it lol
