    There are also other ways to reduce it like putting a yoga ball b/w legs sleeping with pillow b/w knees and other exercises like that.

    @@KaifKhan-gk5to bro im 21 aur 19 kuch ka tha jb maine ispr kaam kiya aur kuch hi mhino mai thik hogya tha bas knees ko normal uthak baithak se jyada bahr rkhna hai . 40-60 reps daily more than enough hai

    @@vanshugametech_07 weights uthao agar out of budget hai toh calisthenics Karo and calorie deficient raho. agar skin loose nahi chahiye toh long term me weight loss Karna padega short term me agar bohot jyada fat hai toh skin to loose hang hogi hi

    genu valgum (knock knee) inward bend of your knees. minor sbko hota hai, aur iske multiple reason ho skte hain !! 1. Structural deviation by birth 2. Can be caused by a muscle which you cannot know. 3. Due to flat feet or pronation of your feet !! 4. Increased lower body fat. Etc etc Which can't be fixed by stretching exercise. Because it is a structural deviation, surgery if the last option, and success rate in not that good. Par knock knees se darne ki baat nai hai, aap apne pairo ko mazboot karo aur usse hone vale consequences se bacho.. What you can do :- 1. Focus more on strengthening of your leg muscle by adding safer options like, leg extension, leg curls,machine squats,rdl etc. 2. Dont stretch your joints unnecessarily..

    Being a physiotherapist I could send n number of photographs of my recovered knock knees if you tube allows Work on Adductors Peroneals Gluetus medius , popliteus and associated arches and intra-abdomen pressure It’s completely reversible if due to muscle weakness

    @@spencer214 my uncle also have bow legs He is 58, doctor asked him how does he stand and standing posture He used to put all his weight on one leg and rest other leg and vice versa This is a bad posture and doctor told him to not do it, otherwise they will need to do surgery My uncle manages his legs since they are not too bad and told him to do regular walking
