I can’t thank you enough, my phone had this problem during an iOS update and I spent literal days with Apple support trying to fix it but I couldn’t. I even went to an Apple authorised tech support shop and they said it was unfixable and would cost 900$ for them to even try. A few months later I see this video and it saved my phone. The second last option fixed it! :)

Have u also tried to factory reset your phone?

my phone will power on, load and show the apple screen, and then show my home screen with 2-3% but after like 5 seconds it will power off and then repeat that same thing. if i try to open it up and go to settings it powers off before i can do anything. i cant find anyone with the same issue as me.

Hi, my phone suddenly turned off then turned on with a white screen and a black apple logo. I tried restarting it many times, didnt work. I then connected it with my laptop, updated the system and it said after the download iphone will turn on on itunes, however, the screen went back to white with black log (did this twice). Should I try restoring it or something else? Thank you!

If the update doesn't work, you should restore the phone to fix the boot loop problem. Note that you'll lose everything unless you've backed up the data before in iCloud or computer.

I have a quick and probably dumb question….. it appears that I will have to restore my phone and I have not stored a whole lot of what is on my phone to icloud. IF I upgrade my storage via my ipad (same apple ID) and THEN factory restore my phone, will I then be able to restore the stuff to my phone…..aaaaand I just answered my own question (definitely dumb after all!) after typing it all out. I guess I just needed to verbalize it in order to answer it myself. lol I will lose it all…. anything after the last time it was saved because my ipad is NOT my iphone. duh! lol Anyhow, thank you for all that you do!

Charge your phone for more than 1 hour. Then, force restart your phone again by following the steps in this video.

I tried to press the volume up and volume down buttons, then I held the power button. The apple logo appeared and after some time my lock screen popped up. However, after I entered my password, it would show my home screen for less than a second, then shut down and show a little loading icon. I'll do the solution I did beforehand (as seen at 2:19) when the icon is present, and the apple logo appears again, just like how it was. How do I fix this?

It sounds like that the device hardware components have been broken after dropping. You'd better take it to Apple Authorized Repair center to have it examined.

@@Mb_Sew iTunes is currently not working with chromebook, but you can still install it on your computer (the process might be a little bit complex). Before that, can you borrow a Windows or Mac or Linux computer from your friend? Or you can go to Apple Store to use their computer for help.

Yeah my phone is broken but has no problem with the display or touch screen my phone was bugging out when it started to restart whenever i was turning off the display, then it stopped for a second from rebooting when the phone screen was closed and then it started again, i leave d it to reboot then suddenly it started rebooting constantly with no stop i can turn the phone of but if i start to open it again it will start to reboot

Have you tried factory resetting the phone? If the restore doesn't work either, take it to Apple Store to examine the hardware.
