In this Video, We have a GE Side by Side Refrigerator, Model Number GSH25JGDCBB, In Which the Customer Complaint was that The Freezer Section Had Ice Build Up on the Back. Another Scenario Could Be that the Freezer Section Works Great, But the Refrigerator or Fresh Food Section Os Not Cooling At All. After Testing All Defrost Components, We determined the Defrost Heater was Faulty and Needed To be Replaced. However, In these Situations, We have Found that it is Best to Replace All Defrost Parts, Which Also Include Defrost Thermostat and Thermistor. This is a Very Common Problem with Most GE Refrigerators.
