@hunter pate: I also was having display issues. Screen wouldn’t light up off the charger, tried hard restart, unpair and re-pairing, setting up as new user, wiping, and then restoring from backup. Still was experiencing intermittent display failures. After enough hard restarts I could get functionality only until failing again. I have apple care and they’re sending me a new watch and to return the old one. Can you contact apple and see if covered under warranty? This has to be a gen 1 Ultra hardware issue, but not seeing much out there like mine. I also failed to mention I’d see pixel bars across the display as well, and occasionally freezing.

Thanks my apple watch is working now

I have a unresponsive screen when the screenprotector is on.. The screenprotector works fine for a few minutes and then the screen gets unresponsive for some reason.. Scrolling is laggy and open a app by touching it takes forever.. When i remove the protector everything works as it should work... Then i put the screenprotector on the screen again, it works for a few minutes, and then the issues are starting again.. Weird watch lol..

My Ultras always in display doesn't work, I tried this fix and it still randomly goes black screen. Some days AOD works perfect, other days it's constantly turning off and when I try to glance at the time, I see nothing. Any other tips?

Hey man, this is only temporary fix it continually does this so every time I have to take it off my watch every hour or 30 minutes because it keeps going blank screen ridiculous

Actually, you only need to hold the crown and power button simultaneously; you don't need to include the other side action button ;-)
