Bs I've had 2 profiles at once one was given the option to lock the other wasn't... something more sinister is happening here it feels like Facebook is targeting vulnerable people and stopping them from locking there fb account

im in trinidad and tobago a lot of persons from my country gets to lock theirs unfortunately im not one

This doesn't make any sense my friends are in the same country as me ,why it works for them but not me 😐

I live in Australia all my friends can lock there profiles but I can't lock mine so saying it's only in certain countries is just total BS!!

Because they already do have the option lol Profile locking is literally a shortcut to multiple settings. You can literally set everything to be like the locking mode by manually set it one by one. It's literally a redundant thing to have this option.

@@GraysonVoisinet False can't have a profile lock in America. People still can see our cover photo, profile photo and other things like saved stories posted on our pages.

Privacy setting aren't the same as locking. Which is why it's a different setting bro.

I'm so confused with people lol Profile locking literally does 3 things which you can literally do it manually by going through each settings one by one. And it is more powerful than profile locking. The individual settings have option so nobody can search you; while profile lock still allow people to search you. Asking for profile lock option is just asking for redundant option lol

That's not quite right. When profile is locked, people cannot see your pics clearly (ie. Profile pic and cover pic). Plus everything else becomes unavailable too. If you take the manual approach, one can still click on the two aforementioned pics and zoom in on them.

Thats not right if you have featured photos.. theres no way you can make them invisible from public without locking.
