Mine sometimes will not eject after sealing . What can be the problem?

Hello. My machine wastes a lot of film. I set the black square on the eye but still it rolls like 5 squares before it cuts and seal. How can I fix that?

Hi Yamille, what model number is your machine? You can change the settings on our machines to roll the film by time, not by the black dot. Please send a short video to info@bubbleteaology.com and we will be able to help you.

Hello there, We have the YF N95 machine which looks very similar to this one except ours does not have the red button. We got the E07 error code. How can we fix it if our machine does NOT have to red emergency button? Pls help. Thank you.

Hi Diane, this E07 Error can also be caused by the emergency door being pushed in. This door is located under the red sticker caution sticker. Turn off your machine and move this back and forth to see if it's jammed. Then turn it back on and try again.

@@Bubbleteaology Thank you so much. E07 comes on & off now, but does not seems to work correctly. It seals one, skips one, and even a double seals on the cup. Last I checked. E04 error also came up.

Hello. I hope you are still active. I've sent an email to the email you provided in the video as well, but to be safe, here is my question again. We are having an E06 error on a machine of similar make to yours (y-Feng sealing machine ltd), and we don't have a user's manual and haven't found one online. Can you help?

BubbleTeaology Thank you! I don't know if you got my answer, but you wouldn't happen to have a blueprint or something? We're not sure where the lower switch is located (obviously low down on the machine but... it's all just kind of wires everywhere and we don't want to mess anything else up)

Hi, the E01 error is caused by a Heating Circuit Error: You may need to change the heater wire or heater. I emailed you our error guide. Please respond by email with any other questions.
