I thought my beats were toast, was not responding to charging and wouldn’t turn on at all. This video worked a treat! Did the trick while they were unplugged and they sprung back to life and were 97% charged! Awesome 👏

Going to be straight, these were my brothers old beats that hadn’t been touched in years, really wanted to use them and they weren’t working with any charger on any port and weren’t resetting and this magically worked, you get a sub for that GOAT.

After six years bro, it still works. I suppose this is the first video that I’ve watched and really helped me. Guys, here’s is tip! If it doesn’t work for you PLUGGED IN, try that UNPLUGGED cause it worked for me this way.

this helped so much i had mine on the charger for 4 hours and it was showing all white lights when it was plugged in but red when it was un plugged so i held the buttons down for 2 mins and now they show they r fully charged so thank u so much \

It worked for me thank you. Just make sure your beats are not connected to any device while trying and I had to collapse the headphones in to get the charge to work. Idk if their made to only charged not Bluetooth to a device but that's was what worked for me. Makes sure Bluetooth is off

Worked perfect. I would leave my Beats charging for like a whole day & it would still flash red. But after trying what you just did, it works perfectly now & fully charged. Thumbs up bro

Hi!, my beats won't charge. All the leds are working but when I plug them in the white led doesn't appear, it don't flashes or anything, and it doesn't charges. Try connecting it to the computer with the aux cord and usb cable (at the same time) and turn your computer on. Dk why, but it worked for me. Hope this helps!

Wow! Thank you! I found an old pair of my beats in a storage box, charged them and even used them but then once they died and I charged up, they wouldn’t stay on after I disconnected the charger, I couldn’t turn them on or anything. I held down for exactly 2 min by setting a timer and the beats starting flashing lights. Then immediately came up on my phone to pair! Now only one ear is working but I’ll take the progress! Haha thanks again 😊

It just charges, then after some time, it starts flickering and then the red light turns off and then I can use the beats for another 1-2 hours or less. What I want to ask is, do beats have low battery usage? Like do they not have enough battery usage for like another 3-4 hours?

Mine does the flashing lights and all that jazz. I've tried it plugged in and unplugged, because apparently there's a debate about that. Neither work and mine still won't charge. Does anyone have any other suggestions, and before you suggest it yes I have tried updating them through the beats website and the website can't detect the device.

Hello, I still cannot get my Beats for Dre (Solo2, Wireless) headphones to power on. They plug in and charge just fine. And I can execute the reset (power light and all 5 gauge lights flash 3 times after about 10 seconds along with a red light) just fine, but I have seemed to try the power and volume up buttons as well as power and volume down buttons at the same time, but have gotten nothing. Although, when I plug them into the usb cable with my laptop, the gauge lights all come on solid (charging) and then when I push and hold power and volume down buttons simultaneously while it’s still plugged in, after about 5-6 seconds, the power button light and all 5 gauge lights blink about 3 times before the gauge lights then all light back up solid again. There is no red light (reset or low battery light I guess) at all when I do it this way, so I don’t think it’s a reset that it’s doing while plugged in. I have just been trying the power button and middle “b” button simultaneously and still don’t appear to get anything as far as seeing any power to it besides the charging when it’s plugged in but then fade out when it’s unplugged from the usb. Please help me. ...
