yo guys if you guys are stuck on the update file, make sure you have the usb cable plugged into your mouse, dont do wireless. Make sure your mouse is plugged in and then you will be able to update

hi, talon, I've been trying to fix this problem for about 30 minutes now but it's gotten nowhere. Basically, I tried everything in the comments like changing the docking mode, plugging it in but whenever i open the "update" file it doesn't allow me to update, there update icon is there but i cant click it, it's just not working and i need help since this is my new mouse that I've just got today..

have u turned off? under mouse there is a switch u can put to left for wifi middle is off and right is bluetooth. While wired it needs to be off

I just bought X3 pro and I cand find software or firmware which would work with this mouse. I have Attack Shark x3 pro soft but it is showing "search device" forever, if i instal attack shark X3 software then i get message "no device". Anyone same issue ?

My Attack Shark X6 mouse started working worse after this method. The backlight (indicator) stopped working, the modes themselves switch. Bluetooth on this mouse stopped working, 2.4 GHz instead of green started burning blue, as if it is connected via Bluetooth. Can someone please help me fix my mouse!

Have you updated the firmware and drivers? These mice don't work properly without some tweaking and adjustments.

I bought it and it works perfectly, and I didn't even need to do anything cuz it doesn't cause any bugs now, and the software is updated and free from bugs, I have been using it for more than 1 month..maybe more. I would recommend buying it and then only download it's original software. It works perfectly!!!!

Bro red blinking indicates low battery, all you need to do is charge your mouse until the light shows green.

So I randomly get that issue where it will disconnect until I lift off the mousepad and start moving again too. It only occurs a handful of times during the week for me and I did notice that it occurred less frequently when I used a dongle to move the receiver closer to my mouse + connect it to the usb port at the front of the case. Additionally, I updated the receiver off of the same Kysona website but the blog post from October 19th, 2023. The issue doesn't happen frequently enough or is significant enough for me to use it wired all the time now, although I have been mostly playing Valorant and some aim trainers as of late. I'm also now on the Attack Shark X3 software because for some reason the Kysona m600 software caused my mouse to hold spray after clicking the mouse button multiple times.

@@Tal0nz1 I used an old dongle off of a Viper V2 Pro that I gave to a relative who doesn't game. I didn't like that mouse's shape at all as it would cramp my hand. Ultimately I gave up on the Attack Shark X3 as the sensor issues began to get worse over time. Even after attempting to troubleshot via updating the receiver again the issues persisted. I ended up purchasing an Endgame Gear OP 1 8k which I have enjoyed way more than the Attack Shark X3.

Nvm guys if u have a loose USB port and ur wire unplugged by accident like me. Just charge it then click on the file again plug it back in and update again make sure it doesn’t unplug if it does do it again after that it should work

i updated all but went i use x3 on my pad, it doesnt smooth at all, sometimes it work very good sometimes x3 acting like the censor stuck in something, it like a glitch but i cant fix it. When i use without pad it clearly fix. I dont know what's wrong with my x3. Can you find out what problem is? Is their any problem with my pad? Because when i use wire mouse it doesnt lag or stuck or anything :((

Try maybe cleaning the bottom of the mouse and also clean your mouse pad just in case, you should probably just use the mouse wired since wireless has a bunch of bugs :((
