The wireless docking port comes with the mouse. Honestly I like this one better than ghub, much more cleaner although interms of function. GHub offers variety depending on the logitech mouse/gear you bought :)

Can you do one test for me: I know you can change debounce time on it with Kysona m600 software (cuz it's the same mouse), but you can't remap buttons. Can you tell if it's possible to change debounce time with Kysona soft and then remap top buttons with the original one ?

Hello! I think you're in the wrong video. This is about the attack shark x6 and not the R1. Although, if the clicks aren't working its worth it to try and rma your product; since it might be not functionable.

If you don't use the mouse for 7 to 8 minutes, it won't work because of sleep mode. You have to click once to create a cursor and then move it. Do you use it like that, too? Is there a way to turn off sleep mode?

Maybe your mouse isn't up to qc. Try putting your dock closer to your mouse and see if that helps.

So, quick question. I recently got this mouse, and it's great. Except for the fact that when I'm charging it will saying charging for a bit. Then jump to 100%. However at the top right it does have the charging icon. I also notice the DPI button will slowly breathe red and switch to green and randomly flash red. I'm very confused on whether or not my mouse is messed up, or is working as normal.

That’s a little weird. Although I used the software once and uninstalled it. I just go by the light indicator on the attackshark to know whether it is charging, or full charge. Maybe ur mouse a little messed up? Have it checked/rma since it randomly flashes red.

thnanks man works all good for some reason the windows antivirus dosent let me open it but if u presss more... you can press open anyway and it works all fine.

This mouse has an on board memory! I actually don't have its software anymore and when i use it on whatever devce. It just works as is (with my settings)

You can't, you can change the rgb of the dock by holding / tapping the fingerprint icon on the dock itself :D

Hey have you tried the 2.4 dongle on a different pc? also press mode switch on the bottom of the mouse and make sure the 2.4ghz is the one that lights up :D

A lot of people is having that issue, but as long as you download from the website from the description then all should be well. Although, the r1-mouse seems like it is a completely different mouse than the Attack Shark X6

The website does not have the x6 version, it only has the x3 version

hypershift like while pressing the hypershift button you can get other *buttons* on the same mapped buttons? You cannot but you can rebind the existing buttons to a different one

Change the Switch on it to "Off" and again do Bluetooth or 2.4GHz. It works for me when it happens.

you can probably do a recording of clicking multiple times then loop on macro manager. Although I am not well versed in creating a macro since I never really used one.

trash ass mouse. 2.6ghz mode stopped working after 4 days of use, it only works in wired mode now. forever stuck on "charging" status in the software. smh waste of money

I created a video about this mouse, and I have been using it since november 2023. So far no problems such as stuck on charging, or 2.4ghz not working. So far I am still loving it for its price. Maybe you should have rma'd your unit- it might have ben a factory defect.
