the solution is very simple guys, you just have to write to apple support and they will call you, with your data you can activate your apple ID, it's a matter of minutes

@@samil1522 Yes it worked but in relatively easy way. Message to Apple twitter in twitter about the issue they will look after it, or change the location during your apple support query to Singapore, we can reach the call center. Don't try to call by your phone, it will cost heavily.
