It's amazing, the job is done really really quick. Also don't try to phone Apple customer support that's not the same region as your own Apple ID, or tell them to use a different language to communicate. They will simply put you there waiting, postponing the issue indefinitely and call it a day.

They've apparently recently removed the chat option. Only a phone call, now. "In 24 hours you should be good." is what they told me. lol

Well I contacted Apple by chat, and they said they have to phone me. I asked if they can provided the callback in a different language and yes they did, but the customer service said it takes up to 2 working days to get the issue investigated. I waited for 1 working day + 2 weekends and nothing is happening. Are they trying to just perform the duty perfunctorily?
