What i do is,go to settings,go down until i see initialization press restore default settings,wont loose anything,youll have to set your region an time an theme go online an it should be normal, or if that doesnt work which it should,go on settings,then account management ,sign out an sign in,if that doesnt work then telk me ill check for another way
