That spacer is the same in a lot of Yamaha models. A while ago I bought a clutch part from the new R3 for my old FZ8, was the same part only black instead of silver 😂

I rum those same Renthal grips! They're super sticky with gloves! love em! (for extra credit), you can safety wire those peticular grips in those little grooves at each end, it'll banish water away from the inside forever more! just be sure to wrap the safety wire around TWICE before twisting the end, and poking it back downwards into the rubber this way it will cinch tight(one wrap around won't let it slip and get tighter as you twist then trim.) don't twist em TOO tight or you'll circumcise the poor bastards! hahaha!

You can also hit a machine shop down the road...

It’s times like this that I’m glad Honda basically didn’t update the crf230f for 15 years cause I can still find brand new parts that 99% of the time will fit my 05 bike 😂

My bike is having starting problem and being diagnosed for almost a month. Really miss riding my bike 😢

I feel you man. I had same issue. Mine was from sitting too long and needed starter motor and injectors cleaned.

A month is a really long time man you might consider checking out a bike dealership that does maintenance… in my experience the smaller mom n pop shops don’t deliver the same workmanship .. sometimes it’s better to pay more if it’s done in a timely manner and to spec

I literally have this same issue. I lost my spacer last week while changing out my clutch cable. I have to order a clutch perch now lol just for that spacer

Measure the hole and bolt, might find a bushing online. McMaster Carr has a lot of special sized stuff. Or local hardware store. Or local machine shop could make one really easily

Maybe I’m just lucky but I’ve been able to order everything from Suzuki for my 02 sv650.

You can order bushings of all sizes and materials, save some cash and get a better product. Just need a caliper to get some tight measurements...

You can download a service manual as a pdf just google it, im sure thatll give you all the info you need or else ring a Yamaha dealer

That’s not a spacer that’s a shim dowel to allow the bolt to hinge on the perch
