Honestly never swung this way but lineing up your knocking knuckles are very important for bat roll over. 2 batting averages have gone down since this has been taught.

Best fix drills for a long swing I've seen yet. Been struggling with how to explain it to my 9yr old as far as staying tight/ connected. This is perfect

played baseball from 3-17 Transitioned solely into golf So, it makes sense that getting back into baseball that this is happening Love tweakin my game, I’m my worst critic Kinda frustrating that I can smash the golf ball 270-315, at 6’3 160 pounds Golf is more about technique/form Baseballs more about bat speed/strength, something I clearly lack Tweaking the fundamentals is the first step, thank u my man Edit: just posted a video of my swing, would love for some feedback (from anyone)

Howcome i cant be 6'3?

Would it be possible to make a video showing how to correct a huge upper cut swing? Our 8 year old son always drops his bat before the swing and ends up under every ball

I will put it on the list! Get him to do the high tee drill. It will help him keep his hands on top of the baseball. Check it out on our 10 off-season hitting drills video

Just keep working at it! Keep doing the drills and it will click

You have to hit the ball during extension. not push it before hand....... all wrong...
