So I’m searching videos to fix my vibes oil leak. It’s 1 of 2 things the valve cover gasket or the timing chain tensioner gasket/tensioner. At any rate I seen your video and decided to give it a watch. And I gotta say that was a nice repair regardless if the car is just a beater or not. Very nice job and great tool fabrication too. I’m going look at that coolant port on my vine just to see if it’s starting to corrode out like that.

Sounds like that thing has a 3/4 Cam!

Why didn’t you use straight water in case you had other issues ??

I had some coolant lying around that was free - sometimes I have used water but knowing my memory I would forget to drain it out before the winter and it would freeze and break stuff!

Not sure how i got here. Can't get those 7 minutes back
