There was a time that if you called the customer service line at Hunter Douglas they would send out a restring kit which included a polyester cord

Thanks, my issue is the strings in the track of my Ikea shade came undone and I can't figure it out.

Unfortunately all 3 strings of my H D blind snapped at slightly different lengths. Will the sliding bottom mechanism allow access to all insertion points . Or will I have to remove the entire bottom cover to access string insertion ports?

My kid pull too hard and broke the main unit that hold the string. Any suggestion to repair it?
