Our Hot point machine would not drain so i did a search and found the filter was blocked and how to fix it .Job done but also came across your video which i have book marked for any future job ( that i hope i never need )but thanks for your video in case i need it .

Firstly thanks for the vid, I have a WD860 machine & when I took the filter out there was no top on it but the ball was still there, did later machines not have a top or has the machine somehow eaten it?!.

1/2 helpful as my hotpoint does not have the back plste!?

Going to give this a go, I don't have tools as I am a woman 😂😂 I only have a shoe and a knife

Best bit had to put washer upside down to get to it. But its working again
