catching up, No Comparison to the stock headphones, great Fit and great sound. Even Underwater. Factory waterproof ones are a little cheaper but WAY down on the quality side for build and audio.

I’ve got a pair of gray ghost amphibians, I purchased on 5/19. This year. Worked once. Sent back to factory after attempting to use a second time. Head phones had no sound and no icon on equi 800. Just came back from detector pro warranty repair, which they tried to charge me(brand new!), went to the lake to use and 10 minutes later I’m hearing the equinox speaker. No icon no sound. $160.00 POS. Stay away. Emailed them directly from their website and email address they were writing me from, still no response. Any other brand recommended? Tried reaching tony Eisenhower for his WP headphones but don’t know if he is still making them. I have yet to hunt in water deeper than the equi’s control unit or you lose the BT signal. Twice I tried to get these gray ghost headphones wet and twice they broke before I could get to the damn water. Ridiculous. Had to,pay 18.00 to ship to detector pro, then they turn around and try to charge me $28.00 to repair them under warranty? Awful experience with them. Awful.

I want to know if those headphones can be used on the new X-Terra Pro?

Gray Ghost amphibian II fit the xterra pro mate

They would have been better off making the headphone connection a 90° jack instead of a straight one.

I purchased the same headphones but mine didn’t come with column adjuster. Are you sure yours are the waterproof ones? Maybe I got the wrong ones? How did your phones work underwater?
