I definitely would. Is there any good spots around Chamblee, GA? I've tried some spots off chatahoochee and Murphy Candler Lake, but been having a tough time. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I’m just getting into fishing and decided to start with pond fishing. I like this video more than the rest because they already assume us viewers know the basics. I didn’t even know how to put the worm bait onto the hook correctly until I watched this video. Thanks

Same. I like how its just footage of him fishing instead of some tangent about something specific. I don't need a million reasons why, just show me how its done!

You'll always get more bite nears the fountain. In a way it mimicks waterfalls or stream connections and the fish stay around it due to instincts, they think foods near and its has the most oxygen in that area.

I’m going to a pond in Knoxville tomorrow. I thought the same thing and I think I was just using the wrong lure for the area. The fish are pretty pressured here in murky green water

Small lake and pond fishing is still my favorite thing to do. Here in Ga they're everywhere too.

Nothin better than GA bass fishing. My pops grew up in central Georgia and a good buddy of his owns a farm with a pond loaded full of solid bass.

This only happens when you fish non pressured waters in warm areas.

Especially the clockwise and to fish along the bank before walking down there was also very helpful as I have scared away fish before and thought I couldn’t help it

Very helpful, I am 14 and just getting into fishing and all we really have in our area is Bass. Also love the giveaway to give back to the communtiy

Great video! I love fishing the least known ponds where the fish are lure and bait ignorant had some of the the best time fishing these!

I think we were all brought up fishin' those ponds as young kids. I know I was. Would love to see more pond fishing videos! Maybe one or two at night when some of those 'big ones' are out cruisin!

Lots of people needed this kind of video, especially helpful for me because I live in Alabama but I fish on the river so these videos are relatable, from yakpaks vid, appreciate it, the og’s are now thanks

Started pond fishing around my local area I have 2 ponds I go to and I’m starting to really like it I use a small rod with 4 pound line and I carry bass and pan fish bait

My number 1 tip for working ponds. Sometimes you dont see any action no matter what you do. You'll get em next time

Good pointers. I fish all big waters these days, but used to fish some ponds back in the day.

I catch giant bass in spring and fall out of little ponds. Summer I catch a lot of dinks. I wish I could figure it out for summer.

As a former track coach, I would have yelled at you for missing practice... but then wanted to go fishin with you! Nice video and nice tips! Gonna need to have your sodium level checked after biting all those googan worms!

love your video what is the name brand of them worms you where using?

I've always been a catfish guy until this year when I hooked into a large mouth Bass out of my pond on my new property it was 7 lbs and struck hard and put up a good fight. I've been doing more Bass fishing and buying lures and artificial worms. My question is when I use a artificial worm do I use a sinker ? Thank you

You found a pond with an aerator. I have to fish true farm ponds with leaks that rear their stale water, shallow, ugly heads in the summer when rain is scarce. During the spring when the water was up, the big bass seemed to be more active. But since the beginning of September, the pond is way down and even the bluegill won't bite. You found one loaded with manic young adult bass where I am now fishing a rest home for catatonic fish. Any tips for a guy who has to battle slime moss and a diminishing field of deep water?

Hey man thanks for the video .Im new to Ga and i live near a UN fished pond in Henry county .Im catching smaller size bass but no big ones .My question is if a spot has small bass does that mean large bass are in other spots of pond .Do big bass hang with small bass in ponds.There is much better spots but to get to them its high brush plus lots of snakes .Come fish this pond with me anytime .

@@GeorgiaBassmaster I would love that .im from California and fished the Delta waterways.Caught lots of big bass.This pond has plenty of structure .Tress ,a old dock ,lots of shaded cover but its on other side of pond.I would have to walk through high brush .I see quite a few snakes about 3 different kinds.Im not walking thru that brush ..lol..So basically im fishing the same spot .im in locust grove and this pond is not fished .Tons of small bass with nice bellies full.So I 100% now there's some monsters just cant get to them.Oh lots of water snakes too..Come shoot a episode anytime..
