Jigging spoons are an awesome multi species lure all summer long. Big gills and smallies love them along with walleyes tipped with a crawler chunck.

Do you have any tips to catch them without livescope. Or can you catch them trolling

I’ll be trying your jigging spoons in lake Geneva this weekend for the first time!!! That’s my home lake and I’ve only caught 2 walleyes there

Going to give this a try in Lake Erie and see if we can put a few in the boat.

I do real well up north just letting the jig/crawler soak off the side of the kayak a couple feet off the bottom, jigging with the waves while I cast with my other rod. Would love to try Geneva but worry about the wake.

I grew up in Kenosha and used to fish Lake Geneva with my dad. It's a nice lake until all the pleasure boaters get moving.

Where are the good spots cause I have gone up like 6 times and we have only got a tiny walleye and bass by the dock

Were the walleye suspended or near the bottom? I assume suspended.

You got to be very desperate to steal someones net from a truck. How do you avoid jigging spoons from hooking onto the leader, swivel, hook(s)?

Never fish this lake in the summer. Being my hometown lake, I'll only go out at dark. Also theres no respect out there from all the boaters and fishermen. Too many close calls having lines wrapped up.
