He earned his Ph.D. in 1998 from Cardiff University. In 2000, he launched Connect CEE and leads Transilvania Executive Education, whose EMBA program has reached 10 cohorts and developed a global partnership with the University of Buckingham in the UK. He has published 6 books, the most recent being Making Sense of Digital Disruption: A Practical Guide for Executives.
