Educate & Understanding is so true! Many don’t even want to listen to you because they know you but will jump and support someone they don’t really know business first and be repeat customers! Just my person experience!

Wow - thank you Sir Eric for reminding us - education and understanding is far more important than the 'signing up'. Even as a teacher - I find it hard to get concepts across people who do not wish to listen cos they are not interested, in the subject matter. Need to learn how to educate better too.
