From another rock hound. Can you rent a scooter or get someone to wheel you there? The need to sift dirt for pretties is too strong.

I always wanted to visit the USA. At first i wanted to hit the big cities like NY, LA,... Then i just wanted to see the national parks. Now, i wanna hit all these places, where you can spend a day mining for minerals, or gold. Because we can't do that in my country... And then, if i still have time, i'd hit the national parks.

The Montana Blue Jewel Mine is just South of Black Sandy State Park. You don't have to go to a National Park to see the natural beauty of the U.S.
It's awesome to see one of these places like this actually put out stones that are amazing. Most of these places are kind of tourist destinations to have fun. It looks like this place can be the real deal
Finally catching a new upload.
What awesome finds. This place is going on my list to go to if I ever make it out that way. I can't wait to see the stones cut!
King Matrix should be the title. Whaaat!
I gotta get to Montana to look for sapphire someday that’s on my bucket list
My husband finds thousands of fossils, and he said that he might be traveling with Bryan Major this year, His name is Pete Rowe ,he loves your awesome videos
Looks so fun and exciting! This is on my list of places to visit now. Great finds!! Thanks for sharing your experience!
As a studying geology hobbyists, I'd look for old terrane levels from flood. Also look vermiculite and perlite and muscovite insulation mines to discover corundum
Thanks!

Wow some Gorgeous Sapphires!
I ❤ rocks, and live in Mn. Unfortunately, besides our amazing agates, not a whole lot of choices around my area. BUT, last week, my dreams came true ... My ex brought me 3 geodes he pulled right out of the ground from near the continental divide right here in Mn!!!! I got to open them and WOWZERS!! All filled with beautiful quartz crystals!!!! I am one lucky girl 💎💎💎

Beautiful gemstones !
You, Matrix and Tim`s Adventure are my favorites on Sapphire. Tim calls Sapphires that have cracks or are not completely transparent "Dud". And I also wonder if there are zircons and titanium stones there in Montana? And above all, thank you for everything you share with us Bryan💯👍💯 Here in Norway we only have an emerald mine... Nothing to brag about...
Nice ❤ Can’t wait for the follow up

This is a great video Bryan. Kind of has that feel like you’re definitely going to find something! Hmm. I think you should use one as a Thursday giveaway or a raffle once they’re faceted. Seems easy enough for getting around/walking for someone like me. For some reason, it was probably a song, I’ve always wanted to go to Montana and ride horses there. Big sky. 🐎🌄💎❤
“Ya pays yer money and ya takes yer chances.” It does look fun.
Great colors, I might even be tempted to go back to Montana for gems one day yet.
That guys stone was so clear with minimal inclusions awsome find

I'll have to remember this place so I can do a bit of psuedo prospecting when I get to the USA for the 85th Sturgis Rally and for if I decide to move to the USA be it Montana or South Dakota.

Hey, thanks kindly for the video! So how much do they charge for the 6 buckets worth? Or the day, or however they have it calculated? I’m new so I’m just trying to get a feel for the cost involved in these things.
@CricketsBay

Blue Jewel Mine website says $125 U.S. for the 6 buckets. And they sell buckets full to take home if you want to screen it yourself in your garage or something. .

Pinkish crystal/gemstone under tweezers at 9:17? rose quartz or is that a ruby?

I’d say the people mining here know what they’re pulling out of the ground. A beryl is very different from a corundum.
They look like small pieces of sea glass.
This is okay for fun but you'll never find a killer sapphire in any bucket that they already went through and classified you're getting the leftovers here and that's all but if you can find a mind where you can dig play 10 times as much because you're going to get 10 times as much
Cut some and include it in your vidio if just one it takes ony a day.
Promo'SM 😁
That stone was faceted I did not come from the diggings .

Also any colour of corundum other than a distinct red is a sapphire. If it’s red it’s a ruby.

They have to be the worst Quality Sapphires i have ever seen, They are Garbage… The quality is so poor they are basically only good enough to make rings with 9k Gold or Silver, The really Good sapphire,s from outside of the USA go on 18k to 24k Gold and put into high end Jewellery… Its true that they are finding the best sapphires in the USA there, But The USA do not Have good Sapphires, So they are basically saying out of a score of say Ten, They have a 2 on the scale . Best Sapphires are in INDIA…

Dear Crytal Collector. Your Title has the word 'sapphire' as possessive : 'sapphire's'. This is incorrect. In context is is plural: 'sapphires'.
