Nice video... This is a bit discouraging cos it seems u must be IN the USA to be at least considered, which is the major challange for less previleged imgs w no means to support themselves once they in the US

Do not include the CV in the initial email. However you will give a brief introduction about yourself in the email. If they want to move forward with you, they will request for the CV.

Please can an img with zero research experience eligible?

Yes you will be eligible. They will train you.

Is usmle scores required for research positions?

USMLE score is not a requirement. However USMLE score may give the professor an idea of your level of knowledge or exposure which can help in his decision to accept your request.
