I'm fighting this 3 years but can't break this cycle.Make a prayer for me. Allah s.w.t help me out.

I am 19... I am addicted to porn since I was 17.... I am trying to quit porn but I am failing..... I know that porn is unrealistic n what they do is really impossible to compare with our real life..... but I am failing again n again to abandon this.. but I am not gonna let this get me down...I am not gonna let this destroy me!!!! I AM COMING BACK!!!!

10 TIPS 1.Seek's ALLAH S.W.T helps .. 2.Tell Someone that you trust .. 3. Lower the gaze 4. Set realistic goals (small goals) 5. Don't be upset ..Never give up to change..ALLAH will help us aameen 6. Develop new habits .. 7. Be Honest 8. False Quitting 9.Consequences .. Always reminds yourself about the bad consequences that could happen..ALLAH Is watching us .. 10. The Industry is Evil ..Self awareness Help me Ya Rabb .. :'( ..help my brothers and sisters.. Dont give up hope ..

its ok brother you not the only one that has this problem, many Muslims are addicted to this, what you need to do is to recognize that you are addicted to pornography thats the first step, the second step is to start making changes on how to break free , Alhamdulilahi you praying your 5 daily salat which is good, Allah is the all forgiving and the most merciful seek his forgiveness and concentrate on the prayers, engage in dhirk( remembrance of Allah), take the Qur'an as your best friend inshallahu , its only Allah that can help us cos the addiction is very powerful, even if u slip don't give up, continue praying 5 timez daily, increase good deeds, by the grace of Allah you would have freedom

Allah says that prayer helps you move away from doing or watching sexual stuff
