Im lazy, I use an electric knife lol.
Great video. I have a couple of questions. I’m wondering about the fish guts. I purchased a whole fish from the fishmonger so I could practice gutting and filleting. Neither went well. After gutting, I put the guts in the trash outdoors. My trash can was infested with flies. Do y’all have that problem? If not, what do y’all do with the guts? And, when it comes to the center bones, are y’all just removing those for the kids? Is it best to remove those in all types of fish or are some fish bones easy to eat around? Thanks

We keep the guts to catfish with. When removing the bones it depends on the kind of fish it is
Did you use the bony spines and heads for bait?
