you can find them while filling the application in enterfinland finland. For affidavit you can ask from a lawyaer. They have formats

@@hellofinland995 thanks for replying. Also we are in Dubai almost 13 years. I'm not sure you can answer this. We got university offers very last moment one week back. It's to late to apply for visa. So we plan apply again next year but our doubt for visa. Show money we need to show from Sri Lanka or Dubai. If you have any idea about this just explain. Thanks
