    Yes sir you said absolutely right 1 time i have done the same nd receive positive response from bank nodal officer Now i am very disappointed form IDFC first bank his all employees are 3rd class mostly female employees his all know male consumer never to talk in loud infront of females that's why mostly males consumer not shortout their issue after visiting in bank i have face the same problem Rajendra place Delhi branch Riya her name she's very cheap I know i have no right to disclose her name but her behaviour like roadside bithches 🤬

    Principal Nodal Officers also dodge the complain they give answers by passing on to their fellow person's without maintaining one to one communication to avoid relevant questions. They behave like hand in glove with the bank branch. So hope should be from Bank Ombudsman .

    A complaint was filed and registered in RBI ombudsman against SBI Bank branch after following proper steps regarding opening/ transfer of joint savings bank account with forged signatures without acknowledge. But sorry to say that after many months, the complaint was closed in a single line message without giving any reason

    Hello Mera bhi SBI ne mujhe bina bataye insurance krvya hai but mene Mera account closed Kiya hai aur sab paise bhi bhare hai par ab wo log insurance ka bacha hua refund Dene me delay kr rahe hai 3 months ho gaye hai koi karvayi nhi hui

    S.B.I. is above the LAW of the land. It is a common thing that, the staff behave the customers & in certain cases their B.M. also as per their sweet will . Govt. should take the view of the different A/C holders & intervene in the matter immediately for greater interest of the general public.

    Sir,iI filed a complaint in the BO Thiruvananthapuram(kerala) against Central Bank of India regarding TDS deducted problems.But the reply from BO is that the discrepancies in TDS or erroers in TDS comes not under the purview of BO. Is it true?

    Yes because they are overloaded...they have to cater the customer who don't keep any balance in account and with the same staff they have to cater HNI customer so practically it is not possible so ....you are not getting service at the counter...and now if you give complaint against the counter staff it won't give you any permanent....because they are like staff with no hands and mouth....so i left government job.....

    We mentioned wrong account number while making one RTGS transaction. It got credited to an account which is in the same branch as the account to which we actually wanted to make the transaction. Now the bank manager is not doing anything, not responding. what can be done in this kind of scenario, nodal officer of the PSB bank has replied over email and asked their team to resolve the issue, but its been 2 months no solution.

    @@Technar....9932 bank should provide the details it's mandatory so the action can be taken , in my case I went to the manager gave him a written complaint and he provided me with the bank , branch as well as phone number of the person. Make sure the manager hold the payment so that the money cannot be debited by the person

    Sir my father has frauded by a bank employee who has started netbanking of my father's account on his own phone 📱, And he withdraw a fake loan where the amount never comes to father's account .     There has been an illegal transaction of Rs 20000 from my bank account through ATM. Got the amount back after 21 months of fight. It was a big harassment. My question is can I ask for additional compensation for 21 months of harrasment. Where to file?

    Hello Sir, pls advise ki I hv taken home loan. Hdfc BANK Representative Salesman told me Dat 3k waive off (processing fees) ho jayege, but when Hdfc bank 1st EMI aayi toh Rs 3k adjust / waive off nhi kre...Baath 3k ki nhi he but is Tarah us Hdfc bank ne kitne Bandon k saath fraud kra..ab woh phone nhi utha rha...pls tell m d further procedure Sir.     My experience...Banking Ombudsman is just like any other Govt office and they do not go thoroughly through the complaint,they go more on technicalities to reject a complaint.

    Principal noddle officer's address is not available at bank branch . RBI may ensure, complaint officer's address at every branch, at noticeable/ visible place.

    Banking Ombudsman is a internal staff of it's own Bank not an independent organization. You can file RTI to RBI to get your desire details.

    Banking Ombudsman....I raised 6 complaints explaining my no job no income condition and stating not able to pay sbi credit card dues. Banking Ombudsman did nothing but forwarding my email to sbi card and forwarding sbi card letter to me. All customer care is done, nodal officer is done but even if RBI guidelines, sbi card since November 2020 to convert dues into easy EMI but no one is coming forward. Now fighting with incoming calls from recovery.

    Next time use private banks cards....they will give you better services......even governments also want that only ...privatization...hahhahah ....you can not even give complaints against this banks koi nahi sunta .....so enjoy what governments banks is giving with best possible ways kuch din me wo bhi band ho jayga ...

    Wait for their legal process. They will start. Then they may bargain with you to pay final settlement amount...you can also bargain.... Finally dispute may be cleared.

    बिल्कुल सही कहा है, आपने। SBI वाले बिल्कुल नही सुनते है, दादागिरी , व बत्तमीजी करते है। मैनेजर भी कोऑपरेट नही करते है।

    Sir , I took education Loan of 3.78 L and I graduated on July,20 and got a job on sep ,20 but my emi started on Oct,20 I wasn't given moratorium period. I know emi starts after 1 yr of completion of studies or 6 months after getting the job.. what should I do???

    Sir, my Dad's bank account and fd has been freezed by the bank on request of another bank for non payment of loan amt. My Dad is senior citizens and is mentally disturbed as it's the only saving he has with him. Account has been freezed on 24th September 2020 And the bank has not intimated to us anything in writing. Kindly guide on this

    Sir I reach sbi on 28 march for loan but they delay and gave on 7th april and charged 17700 processing fee and gave forcefully sbi life insurance of 19620 .I 'm mentally harassed,disturbed ...Loss of Rs 37320 .Complained to customer care but no help.pls help

    सर मैंने अटल पेंशन योजना करवाया था... दक्षिण बिहार ग्रामीण बैंक के माध्यम से.. पैसा कटना चाहिए था जितना उससे तीन गुना कट रहा है.. जब शिकायत किया बैंक में तो मैनेजर ने बताया कि खाता में ज्यादा उम्र के चलते ऐसा हो रहा है.. फिर उन्होंने आधार के अनुसार उम्र सुधारने की बात की... कुछ दिन में ठीक होने का आश्वासन दिया.. इस तरह से एक साल बीतने पर जिला मुख्यालय बैंक में शिकायत किया... अब तो दो साल हो गया.. ठीक हो जायेगा के चक्कर में मेरे बैंक अकाउंट का सारा पैसा समाप्त हो गया है.. फाइन के साथ काट ले रहा है... बैंक आते जाते थक गयी हूँ... कृप्या बतायें क्या करुं... कहाँ से न्याय मिलेगा.. मेरे पास शिकायत का रिसीविंग भी है..
