I didn't know this guy was a wrestler. I wrestled and jiu-jitsu now. I would say the brutality and heartbreak of poker coupled with the patience and maneuvering on your opponents is what translates most to poker. That and emotional and adrenaline rush control as well.

I had the exact same situation but 2x diamonds on the flop. figured opponent had a K after calling 2 heafty bets. I checked river, opponent bet, I re-raised witi nut flush and he just called after a bit.. KJ off.. I had been running hot so he actually was scared of my raise to go all in.Oh well, I got it back later from his friend.

Lex, I had the craziest hand ever in 1-2, I had AA I raised to $25, and 3 people called with 33, 88, J-10 of clubs, the flop was K,8,3 (2 clubs) everyone went all in, the turn was a 3 and the river was a K of clubs. So the J-10 made a flush, the 88 made a full house and the 33 made quads (he also got a high hand $2000 - a rollover), and my AA was garbage, Is this normal?
