    I can relate to everything Scott said. If I don’t start the day with a workout I don’t feel like the day is going to be productive. I can relate to everything Scott said. It’s just the only way to start the the day for me I’m 66 and I feel 36 except for my back and my hip and my knee. But seriously it keeps you feeling agile and allot younger than you are. I don’t dread it. I look forward to it. It gives me a sense of accomplishment and outs my thoughts into focus.

    It's tough to be an unattractive person. But with a healthy lifestyle, intelligence, kindness, mojo and developing some degree of charisma, a person can become a desirable partner and have a great life, even without a pretty face. People usually love a whole person and not a physical feature.
