Hi, thanks for asking. You may try: please check a) Emergency switch not engaged correctly, rotate it clockwise so it pops up b) key to the right c) YRR/ Y Motor switch to Y-motor yes? d) little SD card, that was inside the USB reader in the machine besides the reset and boot button?
