I’ve been really hesitant on deleting my powerstroke (specially being that i live in California and at this point it’s almost illegal to breath lol) but I have the entire kit for delete with a 5” exhaust pipe, Inter cooler piping kit, except the ezLynk and a company with tunes. But now with this video, I’m now anxious to get it done!! Thanks man, I loved the step by step!

I'd be scared too, to attempt this down in commiefornia. Just don't loose your factory parts, cause you just may be putting back on at some point...if your not 'racing off-road in mexico' anymore. Theres no vehicle inspection down there? What about carb stuff? I thought you couldn't even own an older diesel like pre-emissions ('08 or '10 model year) in CA? It sucks how bad the 'man' is getting with this stuff that we do to OUR OWN VEHICLES, just to make them run better, & more efficiently. 👍🏻👌🏻🛠️🔧⛓️⚙️🚜💨⚠️🍻

California only became a horrible place after they gave the illegals amnesty back in the late 80’s or early 90’s. Then the illegals voted for who ever gave them the most, aka democrats. All the republicans were voted out and you see what we have today. True story, now what’s going to happen with the current situation we have when they give amnesty to the 8-10 million that have come in at the southern boarder? More proof that free stuff works, the Republicans freed the slaves and now they vote democrat because of programs that give them stuff.

Hey I was wanting to ask you this question it is related to your 2022 Cummins delete I was wanting to know the e.c.m. swap you did would that also work on a 2023 Cummins as well

So on that bracket you cut I was able to move mine with two little pry bars. Not sure if mine was just loose or what but didn't have to cut it atleast.

First of all thanks for sharing, but I do have a question about the def fluid, how to delete and get rid of it?

Opinion on the 7.3 powerstroke? Im looking at a 2001 f250 with 238k kms for 9 grand Canadian

what are the challenges with deleting EGR on a 2023 F250 ? Will it cause engine lights ? This is for off road use of course.

Can we do this same mod on the 2015 F450 by chance? Most driving is empty but I have a massive truckbed camper that I need payload capacity for. Yea...I know, why have a 450 as a daily driver if I'm worried about MPG but I am curious what kind of MPG I can get out of something like this with a delete (for racing only of course) if I want to get better economy

Just be careful with them. They are only 8mm bolts(got updated to +10mm few yrs later) & they're titanium so when you break them its gonna be a PIA to drill out. Just don't go crazy with a 1/2" impact on full blast. Use a baby 1/4" ratchet, patience, lubricant & torch\heat to help if necessary. It'll be fine if you take it easy.👍🏻👌🏻🛠️🔧🍻

Get diesel

After watching a couple of these I have to wonder why you can't just get a block off plate for the exhaust tubes and leave the cooler on the engine? This would save a lot of work and make it look stock unless you really know what to look for. I may be missing something but it would be a lot more simple.

If all your doing is blocking off the exhaust tubes why remove the cooler?

I'm a little concerned that that bracket you cut is holding that wiring harness that could have been a ground for that wire

Solid video man! My 16 has been deleted for quite some time now but I’m noticing it’s now using oil between changes (256k now). Is that normal for higher mileage diesels?

Yeah it’s not uncommon. How much oil is it using? If it’s just a litre or two that’s not bad.

Not a stupid question. Yes I always tune the truck first. I will be releasing a video soon on the whole process (tune, dpf/def, egr) on a 2020 powerstroke. But here is the kit for the 17-19 powerstroke shrsl.com/4cjs5

Definitely needs a cold side pipe. Those factory ones are know to crack

I believe you need to undo that sensor because if you have a tuner, one of the gauges won’t work, you have to take it off the And switch it with one on the deaf system There’s another guy on KZread he goes by COLTS WAY he can explain it in detail if you need more info about it

Have you ever heard of “lurching” after a delete and reprogramming? By lurching I mean the truck will jump forward (lurch forward) at times. Not always…

Sometimes it can do weird things after the fact and cause loss of power or weird idle patters. Unplugging it ensures it can’t do that.

That device you don't know what it is its a tracking device maybe placed by a finance company or dealer. Remove immediately lol!!

I own an 11 6.7 Cummins and a 19 powerstroke. The Cummins in in the shop for a head gasket but I'm sure both have their weaknesses

If you are deleting the egr you have to delete the dpf/def (exhaust).

That was a gps and kill start system whoever you bought the truck from could be traking u.or the dealership
